Interpersonal energy healing recognizes that we are diverse beings with interconnected aspects. It encompasses the influence of emotions, thoughts, and spiritual dimensions on our physical health and well-being.
Any imbalances or incoherencies in our etheric field can cause emotional blockages, physical pain, limiting belief patterns, self-sabotage, and other undesired or unintended conditions in our lives.
Physiologically, our bodies interact with our environment through ambient fields like light, sound, electricity, and magnetism. These interactions generate massive amounts of information in the form of energy fields, according to researchers. Humans have voltage potentials that modulate cell function. These energy units are involved in the therapeutic effects of healing energy.

The purpose of energy healing is to harmonize those energetic imbalances, in order to bring the body’s systems back to homeostasis. Our bodies can instantly communicate across frequencies and vibrations, and the deepest & fastest way to do it is through Light and Sound. Crystal and Sound healing are the bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, They stimulate healing and transformation simply by allowing the past and the future to fuse into an infinite present.

Sacred Geometry is the study of the symbolism and spirituality behind certain shapes. Crystal grid involves the act of laying out one’s crystals in a pattern that is recognized in sacred metaphysics.
